Case Description
I am in desperate need of finding someone that will help me. I have dental insurance but still cannot afford what my part is without a payment plan. I'm a single mom and just cannot pay $800 for every dental visit. I have had so much dental work done in the past and in need of alot more. I have so many teeth in the back and now sides of my mouth that have broken off that it's painful to eat. I cry all the time b/c the pain is so bad. I have to be careful brushing my teeth b/c they break off. I work in the medical field and it is at the point to where I'm embarrassed to talk to my patients and my job requires me doing alot of talking and being very close to them. I can't even smile anymore. I'm not asking for free services. I have dental insurance and will pay what insurance doesn't. I just need someone that will please work with me on payments. I'm so tired of having toothaches and being able to do nothing about it. I would appreciate any suggestions or help anyone can offer. My email is ephipps76@yahoo.com. Hello and thank you for writing such a touching story about your dental needs. I am Dr. Kestenbaums office manager and I am the one who replies to these e-mails. I have several suggestions to your dilemma. We offer care credit in our office and several dentists and specialists offer this. The number is 800-365-8295. This is based on your credit score. Another suggestion is to try Baylor Dental school. They don''''t take insurance but they do dental work at a significantly low cost. You might qualify for dental health for arlington (Mission Arlington). Some churches have elders in their church that will be happy to help you out and they donate their time and money to help you out. I am a single mom as well and can understand your situation. We do not do payment plans in our office but we do accept care credit. I hope what I have said will help you out.
