Case Description
I'm a 26 year old male interested in having a frenulectomy performed. I am interested in a dentist who can perform this procedure in the mid-cities area of dfw. I do not have dental insurance so I would like an idea of the cost for this procedure and some advice on whether the traditional procedure or the laser procedure is more attractive.

When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
  • Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
  • Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description, special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
  • Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
  • Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors. Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

I would recommend using a laser for speed of healing and comfort.

We have a CO2 laser whuich is the premier laser for this surgery.

We are located 3 miles north from Grapevine Mills. We do not use laser at our office, but the outcome is the same. You will still receive local anesthetic to numb the area. You may experience discomfort from the procedure, but medication will help. We are open on Mon- Sat. Please check out our website or call for more info. www.dazzledentalcare.com , 972-355-8568
