My son and daughter have seen a dentist and they need alot of work and i have insurance but it barely covers anything. I don't have 4000.00 todo the work and nobody will out a payment plan with me. I don't qualify for care credit or any of the other credit and we make to much to qualify for chips and medicaid. Can someone please help take care of my children's dental problems before it gets really bad?

When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
  • Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
  • Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description, special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
  • Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
  • Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors. Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

Yes,

We may be able to help you. We can do the work a little at a time and take care of the worst problems so your child won''''t be in pain. You may call our office at 817-577-9200 to schedule a time. Please bring your x rays and treatment plan they gave you at the other office.

Good Luck,

Dr. Kevin Afkami

Yes, doing a little at a time is an option. We can do a free second option with the Xrays from the other dental office.

Another option is the JPS Dental NE Clinic on Brown Trail and 183 that will do the work on a sliding scale based on income. Their phone is 817 920 7003 or 817 920 6400 ext. 6427.

Let us know if we can help.

Kurt Calender, DMD
