I keep getting toothaches..need fillings before they get worst! Please.

Hi. So here's the issue, I brush my teeth 3-4 times daily with sensodyne and i floss once a day. I don't understand what's going on with my teeth right now, But i've always had some minor issues growing up..my mom was a single mother so after my parents got divorced when i was 12 i didn't really get a whole lot of care dental wise. (like check ups, cleanings) So at 19 i paid cash and got about 3 extractions and a root canal. I am 26 years old now, i own my own buisness cleaning houses and i dont have dental insurance i have 2 children and 1 i'm currently in a custody battle with and i am so low on money right now from paying legal fees i am so stressed out. I have been going thru a really stressful time for the past year my mouth is ALWAYS dry...and i'm not sure if that has anything to do with getting cavaties all i know is there is so much going on in my life right now, i am sufferering medically from it..(the doctors tell me that i just have alot of stress..thats why i get unexplained headaches,dry eyes,joint aches) But to make this as short as i can..i respect my teeth and hygiene very much..i try and take the best care of my teeth as i know how..it started about 5 months ago...i was fine i just had 5 grand worth of work done...i had 5 fillings 1 root canal, a full cleaning, and teeth whitening. Now all i know is it started with one tooth that broke in the back (it didnt hurt at the time so i figured i will get to it when i have the money..because dental is soo expensive) then it just seems like one after another i've gotten about 6 cavaties in 5 months! now theres 2 of them in my front teeth and the back top of my right front tooth has broken off a little bit (barely noticable) and i don't want it to get worst..the way my teeth have been going the past 5 months i'm almost sure it will break soon. But i've always had a teeth grinding problem and when my teeth break they break at night. So lately on top of everything that has been going on in my life i am suffering a great deal because i think i might have an abssess somewhere all i know is my gums are swollen...my jaws are always THROBBING in pain that sometimes the pain is so bad i can't help but cry. I use orajel so much it's making me sick to my stomach, These tooth aches are really getting me down...and i am a mother i can't be down because i really have noone else but myself that i can depend on. I have money to make payments with a dentist who will be willing to help me...i just dont have thousands of dollars to be able to pay for dental work up front, i don't qualiy for care credit...well when i tried a year ago i didnt. I just really need to find a dentist who is willing to work with me i am a very trust worthy person and i work hard...i make about $300 a week working. So i am looking for a dentist who is willing to help me get out of this pain and these headaches and help me with grinding my teeth. At the least i really need fillings at an affordable price...PLEASE consider helping me take care of this un needed extra add of stress to my hard time i am going thru. I am not looking for sympathy or looking to whine about my problems to get something i want done.. i REALLY NEED help right now...i am not looking for a free hand out i just need some help so i don't have to live in pain and low confidence of my teeth eventually getting in the way of my confidence.
