This was my first visit with Dr. Chang. I have a lot of work to be done. She did a crown and two fillings and it was pain free. She also adjusted my pain medicine because I was scard it would make my heart race. She has a passion for what she does. She takes her time and makes sure you are comfortable. She calls you by your name. She is very nice and professional with her office staff. She allowed me to take breaks. I am very pleased with her work and have found my dentist!!!!!!!!!!!!

All my siblings come to this office! Dr. Chang is one of the most meticulous & wonderful dentists to have ever performed any work on me! She did my first root canal & crown and there was not one bit of pain or discomfort! She always numbed me up enough &made sure I never felt anything during my procedures. She also fixed all my cavities in time for me to return back to school. Everything was done expertly and she really does care about her patients and their comfort. The Brookshire Dental office has state-of-the art technology, it's aesthetically pleasing, and really clean. Insurance covered a majority of my costs, and I believe the pricing is reasonable. The staff here is amazing! The front desk made sure the wait time was very short each time I was there, sometimes there was not even a wait (which is highly unlikely at any dentist's office). They also give you a call to remind you about your appointment the day before. Esmerelda (?) always made sure to get me an appointment that worked with my graduate school schedule and explained my bills to me. I never left with any questions or doubt.Oh yea, and on your first visit, they give a really nice goodie bag full of wonderful stuff! You must try their chapstick too
About Hygienist: Charity ( the dental assistant?)is an amazing person, and if you get her working on you; you are really lucky! She's got an amazing personality and always makes you feel happy, comfortable, and she also is very careful about her work. She takes really good care of her patients and she's really cute too! :)Thanks so much for all you guys have done!-Anh V.

Wonderful Dentist! Very kind, professional, made sure to answer all my questions and even wiped some water from the dental cleaning off of my face! Would highly recommend. Very pretty too.
About Hygienist: Natalie was very nice and upbeat. I had some tea stains on the back of my teeth and she made sure to clean every bit; a process that had not been done by my previous dentist. Would recommend.

Well, I needed my first root canal done and was a little freaked because of all the root canal horror stories Id heard from friends and family over my lifetime. After visiting the office for a teeth cleaning I was willing to have more done since they were so friendly and gentle with the cleaning. My experience was a thrill, or as much of a thrill as you can get going to a dentist. :o) One of the first things I noticed was it seems they have the latest technology and tools to perform procedures. That put my worries at ease some because to me, you can tell they care to have the best for their patients.From the first shot to numb my mouth to the last rinse, Dr Chang was professional, friendly, detail oriented and was always asking if everything was okay and if I was feeling any pain or discomfort. There are some other procedures I need done and I am happy to continue to have the work done by Dr. Chang.
About Hygienist: I went in to Brookshire Dentist after a few years of not going to any dentist. First was the teeth cleaning which is really why I haven't been to a dentist, I hate the scraping and fear my gums will be torn up. After my visit I was thrilled. Never had a teeth cleaning gone so well, was so relaxing and pain free!!! Fantastic job and I'm actually looking forward to my next cleaning and keeping up.

My review is for Dr. Carol Chang at BrookshireDentistry. I went to Brookshire after a week-end emergency with a bad gum infection around a lower crown tooth. Dr. Chang examined the area and presented a plan to get the area of gum well. As the discussion went on and since I had not seen a dentist for about 5 years, it was decided that I would replace both my lower partial plate and my upper full denture. Dr. Chang and her staff were reassuring, friendly, and helped me tremendously with my nervousness through the whole process. I am now getting adjustments done and feel that I made the best possible choice with my dental work at Brookshire Dentistry and especially having the personal care of Dr. Carol Chang. I would like to put in a remark for the front desk staff as well because they were always smiling and helpful.
