The primary reason for returning is the professionalism and responsibility that Dr. Coats and the staff take for the care they take for their patients. The reason for the loyalty to the clinic, as well as, recommending them to others centers around the quality and character of the entire staff. The office truly has a personality of it's own that is reflected in the values of the associates that work there (i.e. - honesty, caring, integrety and follow-up).

Having been someone who has avoided going to the dentist for most of my adult life, I can honestly say my visit to Dr. Coat's office have been gratifying regarding the results of treatment and even often fun in my interaction with all of the staff.
