I wish I would have heard the things I heard about this Ortho office before taking my son in. My son was scheduled to have his braces for at least 24 months. As soon as we paid off our account, Dr. Birth decided it was time to remove the braces. Just before removing them she told him he would need to start wearing elastics on his next visit. The next visit came and she decided to just remove the braces. How do you go from needing elastics to removal of the braces in that small amount of time?? I had heard that Dr. Birth is famous for this. As soon as she has your money, she's done with the patient! Dr. Birth might be cheaper than the other Ortho offices, but just remember you get what you pay for!

I met Dr. Birth in 1998 when at 28, I decided I wanted braces. I was very anxious, but she and her staff put me at ease. I was with her for my treatment for two years. My teeth are beautiful, I get compliments all the time. I have now begun taking my two daughters 12 and 14 to her Keller office. They love it and are so proud of her incentive program, etc. They cant wait to go get their braces tightened. Ive had mild issues with some of the staff but very mild. Maybe it was a bad day.

Since I started the business with this office, I get the worse service that i have experienced in my life from the first day. I cannot stand it any more that is why i have to write this. My son has a emergency situation, and i call to setup an appointment for him in the morning, when is the only time that we could bringing him in without missing our school and work. Any time i call the office, the assistance told me that i have to call between 7:00-7:30 for emergency appointment. I tried couple times but cannot not get thru, then later the day i call in to get emergency appointment for the next day morning, the same thing has been told me again, and the assistance does not make appointment for me. what kind of service is that? My son's brackets fell off, is it considered an emergency? why it is so hard to bringing in to fix it. It is the operator's fault not to do it very well wasting our time so much. BTW this is the second time it happens. I am so frustrated with the way we have been served.You don't serve patient the same way you claimed.BTW, if we don't call in the morning between 7:00-7:30, then we cannot bring my son in for emergency appointment in the morning ever?????

This is a decent place to get your braces done. The facilitiies are clean, and very new, and the people there are fairly nice. However, their schedule is VERY tight. They have more patients than they can handle, and rescheduling can delay you for at least 4 weeks at a time (I had my braces 22 weeks overdue). Furthermore, the atmosphere there is very formal and the patient/doctor relationship is not there (obviously since they have way too many customers). Wait time in the lobby can range anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour and a half, but never any earlier. The receptionists are nice and tries to help you out most of the time, so that's a plus.If I were you, I'd look elsewhere.

Both of my sons are under the orthondontic care of this office. The staff have been wonderful. I had to finance 1 child and they were easy to work with to that end as well. Would highly recommend without any reservations!!

I chose Dr. Birth because of all the wonderful things I had heard about her. I was very dissapointed that I only saw Dr. Birth twice during the entire treatment. Everytime it seemed to be a different doctor. I believe this delayed my results!

They had pleasant assistants. Assistance was granted promptly and sufficiently. My stress went to non-existent once they relaxed me. Makes you feel like they've known you for years.

Does not accomadate well to schedule. See diffrent doctors everytime. One of the doctors is deaf in one ear.

Dr Birth was voted Top Doc by her peers & now we know why! We recently moved to TX from AZ and needed to find another ortho to continue service for my 2 children. Dr Birth & her staff are exceptional! They took over where our previous ortho in AZ left off. The staff is caring, friendly, & professional! Plus, they have Sat appts!! They were very helpful with insurance issues & in fact, our payment portion matched what we had left to pay in AZ! The office is nice too & they have a small room off the main waiting room with video games & such to keep the kids busy. Plus, we rarely have to wait! The kids check in and 5 minutes later they are sitting in the chair! Definately would recommend Dr Birth!!!!

Dr. Birth is wonderful. I am 35 and was very nervous about getting braces at my age. She answered all my questions and did what I wanted instead of what would cost the most money. Nothing has hurt, everyone at the office is so very nice from the front desk to the hygienists. Everything is so up to date. Computers for check-in, video game waiting area for the kids, awesome hours, I just can't say enough!!
